BE Building Services maintains a strong team-building philosophy to ensure leading KPI targets are not only met, but are exceeded across the board. The team are devoted to increasing the strength of management practices and effectively supporting and informing clients throughout the process of claim repair. The 9-step process has been designed to facilitate ease of service and prompt efficient communication between the builder, insurer/ loss adjuster and insured customers.

The 9 Step Process:

  1. Received claims are logged through our claim management system
  2. Customers receive a prompt response from claim management staff following the receipt of claim, within 1 hour where possible
  3. A site visit from a Building Estimator is negotiated for a time suitable with the customer
  4. A site visit takes place
  5. The Estimator will submit a repair quote to insurer within 5 working days
  6. When the insurer/loss adjuster has authorised BE Building Services as builder our administration section will call to notify this and the allocated Building Supervisor will respond with the relevant paperwork and contract if applicable.
  7. The BE Building Supervisor will proceed with the claim repair, upon receipt of the excess from the insured customer.
  8. Construction commences and customers will receive regular communication from the Building Supervisor about the progress of their repair.
  9. Once the project has been completed, the customer is sent a release form to be signed and a questionnaire to advise their overall customer satisfaction.
