The BE Building team have wide-ranging expertise which stems from passion, experience, and customer engagement. We account for Specialist Reporting, Large Loss Repairs, Short Tail Claims and Catastrophic Events to cover all aspects of repair management.
Specialist building supervisors manage Short-Tail claims up to $20,000, Large Loss from $50,000, and repairs of up to $1,000,000 in value.
Our claims management system has been designed to trace all value claims right from beginning through to end. The BE Building group stakeholders include the most experienced sub-contractors and licenced trade employees to achieve a positive outcome for the insured.
Estimating
At BE Building, quality and careful examination are core-principals of the planning process. The team are highly dedicated to producing comprehensive scopes of works, quotations, and can provide any additional reports upon request.
BE Building Estimators will respond to bookings arranged by the admin team and schedule a site visit at a time to suit the insured customer.
Following the visit, they will compile a report detailing a scope of works from all the information collected on-site. An estimate or quote of the costs including all measurements and sizes is then sent to the insurer/loss adjuster. Photographs are also taken and logged during all on-site visits. The scope of work will be sent to the insured if we are authorised to proceed.
