Our claim management team at BE Building ensure all short tail claims are proficiently handled. Short tail claims are low-cost, high-volume building claims that can generally be settled in a short time-frame. BE Building deliver these services throughout South Australian Metropolitan and rural regions. Our staff are trained for supervising works and are reliable and professional in all aspects of the insurance building repair industry.
Following the receipt of a new approval, our building supervisors will arrange to meet the insured on site, taking time to analyse and explain the repair process so that no information is unaccounted for.

The necessary paperwork will then require signing before proceeding with the claim. Repairs are then organised with the customer, with a guarantee of completion within the time-frame required. BE Building supervisors will organise and provide all the trades and materials to successfully complete the repair. The team will also visit your home post-completion to make sure the finish meets the high-standards consistent throughout the business.

  • Set up request in our system

  • Allocate Quote Number

  • Call insured within 1 hour to advise we have received a quote/report request from their insurance company and we will call back to book an appointment

  • Request is allocated by management to an Estimator

  • Call insured within 24 hours (from receipt of request) and book an appointment for an Estimator to attend

  • We send the insurance company/loss adjuster an email to advise of the appointment date

  • Estimator attends and prepares quote/report

  • Quote/Report is submitted (we aim to submit within 7 days) to the insurance company and we await further instructions

Our Vision

Julian and Kate Lee established a business that would meet the requirements of insurance companies, loss adjusters, and the insured. BE Building Services takes pride in being a progressive company, placing importance on excellent working relationships with our work providers and clients and also Company staff motivation, industry and charity fundraising and taking part in training and apprenticeship schemes.
