Our 9-step process has been designed to facilitate ease of service and prompt efficient communication between the builder, insurer/ loss adjuster and insured customers.

REPAIR WORK.

The BE Building team leverages extensive expertise driven by passion, experience, and customer focus. We manage Specialist Reporting, Large Loss Repairs, Short Tail Claims, and Catastrophic Events, ensuring comprehensive repair solutions.

Dedicated supervisors handle Short-Tail claims up to $20,000 and oversee Large Loss claims exceeding $50,000, managing repairs valued up to $1,000,000.

Our detailed claims management system tracks all processes from start to finish. Partnering with skilled subcontractors and licensed tradespeople, BE Building ensures successful outcomes for our clients.

ESTIMATING.

Quality and meticulous planning drive our approach. But it all starts with the on-site estimate. Our dedicated team ensures thorough scopes of work, detailed quotations, and additional reports as needed.

BE Building’s estimators coordinate site visits scheduled by our admin team, tailored to meet the needs of insured customers. Following each visit, a comprehensive report is compiled, detailing all on-site findings and proposed scopes of work. Estimates, including measurements and costs, are promptly sent to insurers or loss adjusters. We document all visits with photographs, providing transparency throughout the process. Once authorised, we share the scope of work with the insured.
